Updated: Feb 4, 2023

Her creative journey started at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology, Cape Town, South Africa in 2010 where she completed a year in the foundations of design, this included, Life Drawing, Art History, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Jewellery Design, Fashion Design and Surface Design (an advancement of textile design exploring the multi-faceted manipulation of textiles or any material surface. She chose to complete the remainder of her time at University taking the path of a Surface Designer. It was here she explored ways of pushing the boundaries between art, design, and ideas, and getting carried away in the conceptualisation stage of the process, cross-pollinating ideas and techniques at which point she was labeled a "drifter".

Qualifying with a National Diploma she left South Africa for the UK in 2014.

After some time in the corporate world, a number of freelance graphic design and art opportunities presented itself.

In 2020 she joined Creative Locale, a community of artists from across the UK, based in Caversham, Berks. This venture should bring about more opportunities for community based projects, workshops and creative talks.

She continues to push the boundaries of creative capabilities, never restricting herself to one creative art form. After all the true nature of an artist is to create no matter the medium or art form.
